The proposed design for the CBZ OFFICES wass based on the concept of reflecting the CBZ corporate image, that of providing high standard services to the public.This corporate image is realised through the form and function of the building.

FORM 

The Form of the building shall reflect an enhanced image of quality service provision of the tenants to the public.

FUNCTION  

The proposed OFFICES reflect the quality of  service providers, thus in the banking and financial services .
