Project Description

The project brief called for a 3 bedroomed housing unit , to be duplicated on a 5 acre site. Thed designm proposal consisted of an open plan central living space flanked by bedrooms on either side. The roof was made a low pitch, avoiding trusses therby saving the building cost.
